1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Tradywin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Tradywin provides automated trading tools and copy trading software for NinjaTrader. We do not provide financial advice.
3. License and Restrictions (1-PC Policy)
Whether you hold a subscription or a lifetime license, your license to use the Service is strictly personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive to a single Machine ID. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, selling, renting, or transferring your license key or account credentials to any third party. We actively monitor Machine IDs and IP addresses to detect unauthorized sharing or simultaneous use from multiple locations. Each license validation request is logged, including your IP address, device identifier, and application version, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your account and license without refund.
4. Risk Disclosure
Trading in financial markets involves a high degree of risk and exists the possibility of losing some or all of your initial investment. You should strictly abide by your own risk management rules.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tradywin and its licensors.
6. Termination and Chargebacks
We may terminate or suspend your account and permanently blacklist your Machine ID immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, any breach of these Terms (e.g., unauthorized license sharing) or in the event of a payment dispute, fraudulent transaction, or chargeback initiated by you or your bank.
